Demon Hunters as they stand are very long on flashy newness, and very shallow on actual substance in their play. I also believe that DHs are going to have some unintended consequences in the gameplay. Like Death Knights and Warriors, Demon Hunters have only 2 real roles: Tank, DPS. What's going to happen to Guardian Druids, Prot Pallys and Brewmaster Monks, when they start having to compete against the other classes and GMs start saying "Hey you guys can heal too, and that's what we need right now." It's gonna happen, if you've raided with a guild, you know it's gonna happen. Sure they won't mind swapping for "this week", but then it turns into "every week" and they end up pushed into roles they don't really like/hate. Going to be interesting to see how this shakes out from the sidelines.
Arua is still being Miss GrumpyGus I see. She needs to get back into the big hero life to remember that she *can* do this. It's why The Light chose her.
Arua hates to fail when others are at risk. Cer'veja understands that you can't win them all and his lack of universal compassion means he is much more willing to except that you can't win them all.
One thing I felt like I failed at in the Solace trilogy was creating a concept of losing for Arua. She won most of her battles. and when she lost almost no one got hurt. I feel this has lead to missing aspect of her. "How to deal with loss" Even at the end of Exaltation the story was over so we never got to see how she dealt with the loss of Brewer or the city.
But with this new set up I'm planing to explore and expand her more.
