So anyone know if the new pally ability Holy bolt is a stand and channel? I like the idea of it but most pallys are melee classes so to give them a standing ability seems very strange.

1st Iteration was actually a healing buff for HPals. If I recall last pass I heard of it wasn't a cast, it was a *boom* Damage.
