We already met him when he gave Xura her name.

Grand Moff Tarkin's villainous charm is *now* completely absent in that last panel. He's being amazingly brazen to confront Arua in the very Temple of Light itself. There goes their security deposit.

And here we thought evil couldn't stand to be present on Holy ground.

I suppose this is the first time we get to see his whole face. Unless I'm forgetting about another time which I do that every now and then.

True, we only got to see the lower half of his face in that comic.
