Based on the futhark runes it says "Here lies the Duil" as far as I can make out.
I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Ah no, wait. The runes are different in panel 2 and 5 compared to 3.
According to 2 and 5 it's "Here lies the Deuil", which could be runic for 'devil'.
