By the way, off the top of your head anyone know if there is a correct terminology for prison vs jail?

They're lexicographically synonymous with each other, with the main difference being one of size. "Jail" is most often used to refer to smaller, more local, confinement facilities; while "prison" is saved for the bigger, state-run institutions.

But if you're in one, the distinction is generally lost on you.
