Yes this is the first time In two years I have ever brought a shield into play! I find that unlike in Gratz where I had very few weapons, with Solace I have more weapons and they have more of a fantasy design about them then any real practicality to them. As such just what I can do with them is an on going experiment that we'll get to see more of in pages from now on.

I like the use of color to emphasize the action in the second panel.
