HALO!!

Back when I was 11 well on vacation my uncle lent us his Xbox with Halo. I had heard about this game but never played it. By the end of the week my life had been change. I fell in love with the game and had a retaliation. Someone had made this game, and I can be that someone. From then on I wanted to be a video game designer.

A few years latter a I made friends with a kid who also liked Halo and he introduced me to World of Warcraft. I feel in love with that game also and enjoyed reading WoW related comics that where on the Blizzard webpage back in the day. I finished most of the comics at the time and decided if I wanted more WoW comics I would need to make them. So I started the work that lead to Gratz.

That first Halo game has easily been a monumental moment in my life. So when I say Halo has a special place in my heart. It's a place it well deserves.

I imagine that if the old man asked something of Iron Jaw that didn't fall under their agreement or required more gold than he was willing to give, Iron Jaw would simply just leave off on fighting. As it is now, they're pretty evenly matched.

I remember playing Halo maybe about the same age when my dad brought it home from Rhino (when that store still existed). The Combat Evolved part really intrigued me and looking at the cover, I for some reason thought that it wouldn't be an overly popular game. I don't know why I thought that. Maybe it was the cover art or the the CE tacked onto the name Halo. But I'm glad that I was wrong.

Halo was always that fallback game that I and my friends went back to when we were bored, just in general or of whatever game we were currently playing. I miss those days. Halo, like WoW, just doesn't feel the same anymore. Not that I won't play it!

Halo is different now. But I like the honest attempt at making a real Halo game. My brother is super whine about it but I've like it so far. The progression and monetization need a lot of work but the core game holds up in my mind.

Now if only we could get the same treatment for WoW.
