Veja when you grab someone like that, make sure to sink your fingers deep into their shoulder that way they can't slip off the cloak and keep running.

How hard do you think Cer'veja could grab? He's only got two fingers and one thumb but they are really large.

Being he is a rogue I'm gonna bet he has a lot of hand and arm strength from climbing up onto roofs. So I would guess he could break bones where he is grabbing that individual. You grab someone where he is grabbing that individual, they will tend towards compliance.
