Vicious new voting page this month.

The scene here is always a source of tension in war zones. Armies generally have no way of knowing which citizens were active supporters of the hostilities, and which were drug along for the ride. It makes for unpleasantness all around, with the occupiers basically forced to go self-preservation mode and assume worst until proven otherwise.

We have some voting to discuss so let's dive in.

January first week: 01/03/21 - 01/09/21, we had 108 weekly votes, average of 15.43 votes/day, and finished at #210 on the Top Webcomic list.

Second week: 01/10/21 - 01/16/21, the comic had 103 weekly votes, average 14.71/day, and ended the week at #191.

Third week: 01/17/21 - 01/23/21, GRATZ had 99 weekly votes, average 14.14 votes/day, and ended at #188.

So, last week: 01/24 - we're gonna go ahead and say 1/31, GRATZ scored 110 weekly votes, average 13.75 votes/day. Resulting in GRATZ ending the month of January, 2021 at....

Y'know what?

I had planned a whole big thing about how we got here, and the milestones the comic has achieved along the way. But I have too much work, so I'll do that Wednesday.

For the month of January, 2021, starting off the new year, GRATZ reached # 184 on the Top Webcomic list.

That was a big month for Gratz, and it's cool seeing the biggest week was the last week.

And good comment on the occupation nothing to add just thought it was good.

Tirea looks used to it, though. She grew up in Feuer so she probably saw this often enough.

Trying to remember when the last war started, and whether Tirea was old enough...I can't remember it ever stating.

It's ambiguous but That last war was long before Tirea. What separates this war from others is that most of the wars are fought over a single piece of land. The land where the central city that they are in sits. This point mostly serves to show that what ever kingdom controls it is the most powerful of the three kingdoms. What separates this war from others is that Almier who already controlled the central city and that dominion land mass decided to invade the other Feuer and Thousand lands. This type of war hasn't happend in a very long time. So this could be considered a true war right now. And as such Feuer and Thousand land have countered invaded Almier. So things are very unpredictable at the moment.
