Comic 1470 - Nothing but good

Let's end this week with another good story.
Back in August my Dad crashed on a mountain bike. Broke six ribs in eight places broken, collar bone, slight lung copulas, and lots of blood in the front of his chest. In other words he basically destroyed his whole chest cavity. It was scary getting that text but saw a lot of miracles doing that moment. First out of all the places in the world he could have crashed, the local hospital was one of the best at dealing with these kind of injuries. (they even had other patents in slimier situations that night)Second the doctors knew a procedure that would be able to help him heal more completely. (full breath restoration, full arm movements, and really quick recovery time.) It's a little strange to think about how cutting his back open and placing six slabs of titanium in him then stitching him back up has lead to a quicker and better recovery then letting a "natural" healing happen. He's doing very well now, in fact he's riding motorcycles again which is what he missed the most well injured. It's was such a experience to get that text that and fear that he might die that night to now watch him load up the trailer go riding.
There have been many take a ways from that experience.
1: We will face trials in our life, but God does provide away through them (people, places, and time). Not always a easy was, but away.
2: Motorcycles are safer then mountain bikes.

I thought back to the chapter title, and realized this is the perfect "Purpose" for them. They don't always know what they're doing (mostly don't?) but they only have good in mind.
I have a friend who likes to mountain bike. We had a discussion over twitter a few weeks ago about the differences between a "mountain bike" and a "bike." You can get a cheap bike for a Benjamin. "Mountain Bikes" go for thousands of dollars for a reason.
Egh, titanium slabs? Airports will be fun to go through now, I imagine.
