Time for a new chapter.

Halo Infinite thoughts: Well it was a set back for me. I actually spent yesterday in a depressed slump. I had hope for a 20 min out brake not a 8 min teaser. Anyway, The art is in the right direction but it needs more grit and grim on the armor and weapons. The sounds I would like to be a little deeper. And I am not a fan of open the open world approach. But the open world is what it is. I guess it comes down to my expectations where bucked as to what a Halo game was and not enough information was given to get me back on track again. I'm feeling better about it now but more information is really needed.

The rest of the show was crap. More game play needed.

I've been watching a play through of Ghost of Tsushima which is amazing and I wish Xbox had something to match that in their show.

(p.s. the next update date is nearly a math problem)

Been trying to decide if I wanted to try Halo on PC. I like open-world, just not sure if I'm up for anything right now.

Looks like the group are off to new lands, but very sad Arua makes me sad.

. . .Where exactly *did* the Kingdom In The Sky come to rest exactly? Wasn't explicitly depicted....

Halo on the PC actually isn't that bad, especially with a controller, and they recently added 3. There will be quite a bit of lag in the campaign if you play with someone overseas like I do, however. The loading times and switching between classic and modern graphics styles is very seamless and quick as well, except for the fact that they took some liberties with redesigning the marines in 1 to look more like the US's marines now, as well as changing some doorway dimensions or adding objects that you can actually shoot through half the time. Why are marines not wearing armour and instead wearing desert fatigues with backpacks in the middle of space? Who knows!

Also, they've changed up the multiplayer a little bit with newer weapons, i think, but I haven't played that all that much.

The only part to survive of the Kingdom in the Sky was the part that Arua and Cer'veja where on. That part is gone now as well. The only things connected to the Kingdom of the Sky are Arua, Cer'veja and Xura.

Microsoft and 343 have not been faring well in any of their reveals or panels in recent years, it seems. Part of the problem could be that they know what works and stuck with it for so long that it's become an expectation at this point, which is very bad for Halo in particular. Plus, basically everyone is doing an open world game at this point. It's both nice...and frustrating. The closes that Halo has been to open world has only been explorable maps, albeit with limits as they've always had, and everyone was happy with testing their boundaries.

Is the group headed to a desert again, or is this just a play on words? I want a desert city.

Ya I don't know who they got in charge of the reveals over at Microsoft, but they need to really change the game plans. People want Halo Infinite so they need to give them Halo Infinite, no more teasers!
