Yeah it is nice that she could stylize her hooves, too bad we can't do it in the game.
I do notice that the Mag'har orcs can either have scars or tattoos, which gives me hope that someday all the other races can have scars and/or tattoos!
BTW, off topic, there is a new Contested Territory up
BUT, I've started noticing some notable exceptions. Check the difference between:
PallyTaur
And:
WarrCow
Both Tauren, yet while the Paladin has the tradition Tauren spats, the Warrior has almost completely functional boots, with the addition of those steel-toes. So, it's something Blizzard *could* do on a bigger scale if they wanted to.
Funny I have a couple of Horde characters on Wyrmrest Accord, a 110 DH and a 72 DK. Not sure I have seen the guild you are in but I will keep an eye out next time I am there.
For the month of November: we didn't do AS well as October, but still a very respectable showing. I checked early on the 30th, and GRATZ ended on #327, with 231 votes. Again, not as good as October when it ended #316 with 256 votes. That said, landing consistently in the low 300s is a tremendous improvement since January.
JSStryker pointed out something yesterday, that I wanted to give a mention. He noticed how one vote seemingly made a huge difference in the count. Part of it is that the Rank Counter in the bottom box doesn't seem to update dynamically until after you register a new vote. Visit the page on a different day and it may still have the old rank showing until you vote for the day, then you see the updated total.
The other factor was, as I said yesterday, the beginning of the month. Not many votes can see big jumps in the total because there are upwards of a thousand or so comics on the Webcomic list, but relatively few that get consistent votes. On Saturday GRATZ was #706; last night it was #393, and tonight it's #371. Already, after just 3 days the vote totals are starting to set in.
It also varies with how far up the list you are ranking. On 12/1 the top comic "Twokinds" had 1,362 votes. Contrast with comic #100 which had...56 votes. Today, Tk has 3,868 votes, and comic #100 has 146, which it shares with several other comics. The #100 position is going to bounce around a lot during the month; #1, not so much.
So what we are really interested in is growing a fanbase. To do that we need consistent voting. For all the subscribers reading: you can vote for GRATZ once every 24 hours, you can come back here every day and hit the vote button at the top or bottom of the screen. The more votes, the higher the comic ranks in the list. The high it ranks, the better the chance people will see it and like it. We're not trying to become #1: that's just not a realistic goal for now. For now, we're trying to crack #300. And then work up to maybe #250, then #200. From there momentum will build. "This is how we grow."
