Well that's not good. I neglected to mention but this chapter is a retelling of a story I wrote for a Wow mentor of mine back in 2010. That story was called " The disciple's stein"

Not good, but I have to confess...Panel 3.... *cough*

I'm going to drop a spoiler: looking back at the psychedelic title page, and doing a mental cross-reference to Japanese Puffer fish, with a little Lewis Carrol on the side, and I think our heroes should not have eaten the mushroom. Or the fish.

Fish that grow to large size in the ocean, especially in temptingly large schools, normally have a reason they escape predation. Poison is one reason. If you're a big enough predator the poison from one fish won't kill you. What it just may do is leave you so sick you'd rather not eat any more. If you're really unlucky, it just may do things to your mind.

But, we're all a little mad here....

Good reasoning, I did do some quick research on fish, toxins and effects before starting this chapter.
