I said I had a reason for saying this.
Firstly, there is still action on this page: tension. No one knows why the Almier are here on this lonely, out of the way island. Our heroes have been Wing-Sailing away from the Thousand Islands, so this shouldn't be a strategically located island. There's tension between our heroes, each with their own curiosity/lack of. Even with the resolution of that tension in Panel 5, you create new tension. I like the subtle transition in the character's expressions from Panel 4 to 5, even if in Veja's case it just expressed in a thinner eyebrow, as though he's resolved to the idea of reaching out and not touching. But it still leaves a residual tension because we're not only left with the original question: why are the bad guys here; but, a new one, namely "will Veja remain the untouched shadow?" Now we have to wait all week to find out....
I said I had a reason for shouting out the daily voting. For the first few days this month's voting was starting out like the previous ones with just 2 votes a day. Then after last Monday I started seeing 3 and 4 votes regularly...with the exception of Saturdays. For some reason votes fall off on Saturdays to just 2 a day again, fairly consistently over time. So as Lacking said, the voting is looking up, but I believe we can do better. Voting once a day takes less than a minute, and it could help make GRATZ visible to more readers by ranking it higher.
Something I forgot to answer for you last week is that yes Tirea wear's a night as pajamas. The reason she is wearing a skirt now is because it's hotter in the thousand lands. I put off changing her appearance because she was so new but I didn't want her to change and no one else. There was also a side issue of Arua not wearing her red jacket until she was willing to once again take back on the roll of the Archon in full. This was never brought up and I think I might have even messed it up a few times but that was just a small little something I did doing those few books. However I do like Tirea pants, I like how her visual weight is on her legs.
