I need to work on drawing large things like boats and buildings. This boat feels very underwhelming.

In the end, there is only so much room in a panel.You can fill it up with one thing, and lose perspective; or back out some and provide scale.

That means something.

I would have made a crack about it being a pygmy ship, but you actually did give it some scale in panel 2 by laying the perspective upwards against the hills in the background. And then by contrasting with the actual pygmy against the ship's superstructure in Panel 4, it gives it even more.

P.S. I'm really slow sometimes. I just realized something: is the magical text on the masthead in Panel 4 meant to be a stylized spelling of "Yahweh?"

I grew up in what you would call a *very* fundamentalist house. It's how I know as much Bible as I do.

I see what you're saying. That was not the intended hidden message but your right there is a hidden word there that shows about about the magic used by the pygmies.
