And with that the Stranger is gone and we conclude this weeks update!

Now for my thoughts for the week!

With Legion going into Beta now I thought I would share my thoughts on Legion.

I think most of it looks good, if nothing else it's new content and that is always a good thing! However there are a few things that got me concerned.

1. Artifact weapons: Hey their a cool idea ok, but I do worry about after Legion. Are we really going to just replace our Legendary Ashbringer with a green drop? And after all the stuff going down in Legion maybe we are just getting to be a little to big of a deal.

So perhaps after Legion would be a good time to hit a big old reset button and roll out WoW 2.0?

2. Demon Hunters: Hey they are cool ok, But only Blood elfs and Night elfs? I understand the lore reason why but still this is Blizzard they could have made lore about freeing the Demon Hunters to train new Demon Hunters to help fight the legion. I just worry that with only two race class combo that the Demon Hunter is going to feel a little samey with each other.

But lets point out the big issue here. This is the second limited class night elfs got (first being Druid) Something is going on I think the Night elfs are paying for special treatment.

3. Pay to change spec: This last one is still up in the air right now and is easily change later. But I saw a very good point on the forms about how charging to change specs out of dungons will cost gold and how it "punishes" players for adjusting to help friends in world content. Keep in mind that this includes gold cost increasing each time you change. Now well I can understand the want to add a deterrent from willy-nilly switching perhaps the increasing cost is a bit of a bad idea. Maybe a flat line price all the time is the better way to go?

Keep in mind this last point is easily changeable so no need to riot quite yet.

Over all I think Legion looks good, however the thing that will make it great is the story. How are they going to tell the story? Are they going to try and do MoP or WotLK again? Or will the do WoD again? That is a question that will only be answered after the game is out.

What are your thoughts?

And again, NEW CONTENT!!

Glad to see Arua figured this guy out and ran him off.

Sounds like they are just reinstating the way it used to be to change specs. Each time you changed it got more and more expensive.

Ya, but it is tweaked a little as I understand it to save your talent picks and action bar set ups.

But that's just as I understand it.

*Right now* there is a cap on the spec change cost of 62g. This has been confirmed by players testing it, not by Blizzard so up for grabs.

All I'm going to say about Legion.

That panel 5 is as close as can get to a "Get thee behind me Satan!" Beautiful.

Now comes the hunt.

62g thanks for sharing. That is one of the things I didn't know about. I think I can live with paying 62g.

I was worried it didn't have a cap on it, that could get a little crazy.

Scratch, the WatcherWit posted another "clarification" yesterday. Now they're scrapping having any cost for spec switching, and instead going with making changing talents either incredibly expensive or something you can only do, semi-conveniently, as part of a group.

Would help if I added the link:

And I'm going to stop before my opinion gets loose again.

Now to convince the people to quit giving him power. In the story and in reality...
