So something I've never had the opportunity to set up was the workings of this kingdom. Now I do and you know.

If you missed it, A spical year 3 of Gratz page went up on 12-3-15! You can find it right before the tittle page of exaltation and right after the last page of Absolution. There is also a little video saying thanks for 3 years! You can find the clickable link in the extra gallery under videos.

I hope you all enjoyed the first update of Exaltation! We got many more coming so get ready!

(next update 12-13-15)

Sounds pretty dysfunctional, hmm I wonder if it is intentional?

In most democracies, and other semi-autonomous states, there is either an intentional, or gravitation towards separate state and church. In colonial America this was a reaction to the government of King George III which controlled the church, and therefore the worship of the people. It's also a pretty rational idea to prevent unelected clergy from the temptation to influence political decisions they don't have to answer to the people for. The opposite to this separation is what is known as a "Theocracy" or government run by, and according to, the theology of the prevailing religious order. While trying not to be racist, think "Iran" for this type of government. Small-scale attempts to marry the two have never worked out, as there is always going to be a point-of-no-return, where one side feels that morality/divine law should be uppermost, and the other that individual liberty should be paramount.
