Good morning on this last day of November, which means that tomorrow you can officially start playing Christmas music.

This is normally where I would report on the 4th weeks voting. ...There's one day left, so that would be a bit academic. Tune in Wednesday, same time, same channel, for the Monthly results.

THANKSGIVING IS OVER, AND I WILL PLAY CHRISTMAS MUSIC WHEN I PLEASE.

I can make a exception for that. Actually I commented to my dad about it almost being TSO season a week or so back. It's not that I hate Christmas music, it's just the over overexpose of it that irks me.

Oh, theybhave one of those drilly things! I want to call it a dremel, but I don't think it is. What a useful workshop!

It is a drill press.

Specifically, a Vertical-standing Metalworking Drill Press. We can't see the whole thing, but I can't believe that it would be powered by electricity; so I'm thinking it's some variant of manual powered. (Gas operated inside an enclosed workshed would be a bad idea.) Panel 3 appears to show her holding her left hand up, so I'm assuming she's working the hand-crank to lower-raise the drill with that one. That leaves the drill spindle to be foot-powered, or in Tirea's case "Hoof-Powered", using the same type of footboard as was found in old-model sewing machines.

That is exactly what's going on. I got the idea when I was fiddling around with a spinning thing we had for some reason. I'm kind of surprised anyone put together that much information from such a close up panel, so very well done.

It's a good thing The workshop has these tools. Their not exactly something Tirea can carry around in her backpack.
